Carved from 2,400 spectacular acres, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is the premier resort destination on Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast and a world unto itself with 1,350 accommodations and 65,000 squqre feet of flexible meeting space nestled on 7.5 miles of beach and bayfront property. In Sandestin's world, the only thing stopping you is your imagination with endless ameniteis inluding The Village of Baytowne Wharf, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts a 98-slip marina, 20 restaurants and eatiers, 50 retail offerings, fitness center, salon and day spa, an 18-hole putting course, children's programs and more.
Resort guests enjoy a wide variety of complimentary amenities, including property-wide tram service, daily use of the Sandestin Fitness center, complimentary use of bicycles, canoes, kayaks, boogie boards and tennis court time, plus children's activities.
**Minimum age of 25 to check in for all properties except the Bayside Inn. Must be 21 to check in at the Bayside Inn.**
All reservations will be secured with a deposit equal to two nights lodging and a non-refundable processing fee of $25. Guests staying in the Village of Baytowne Wharf will incur a nightly covered parking fee of $6 per vehicle.

Cancellation Policy -
A deposit will be taken at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation in the amount of two nights room fee plus tax and a non-refundable reservations processing fee of $25 plus tax.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit amount. Cancellations outside of 14 days will forfeit the $25 plus tax reservations processing fee only. For reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival, in lieu of forfeiture, we will allow you to re-schedule your vacation up to one year out.
