Please note some villas are under renovation with construction activity 8am-5pm. Marriott Vacation Club International resorts feature spacious villas designed to provide high quality accommodations within a relaxing resort atmosphere. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas and well-appointed bedrooms. / Marriott's Mountain Valley Lodge is located amid the majestic vistas of the historic Colorado mining town of Breckenridge. Renowned for its cultural atmosphere, family vacation appeal and sophisticated Victorian charm, Breckenridge offers a wide range of seasonal sports activities including world-class skiing on four mountains and over one hundred trails. Marriott's Mountain Valley Lodge is in the heart of downtown Breckenridge and within walking distance of antique shops, boutiques, galleries, restaurants and ski lifts. Free transportation is provided throughout the county by the local transit system. The Lodge features studios and one bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and the style and first-class service only Marriott can provide. Accommodations at Marriott's Mountain Valley Lodge include standard and luxury studios and luxury one bedroom suites with accessible and non-smoking units on request. All villas have a balcony or patio. Renters receive a daily tidy service from housekeeping that includes emptying of all trash containers, making beds with existing linens, replenishing towels and vacuuming. Full housekeeping services are available at a daily charge with twenty-four hour advance notice. Cribs on request at no additional charge subject to availability; rollaway beds not available.

Studios are four hundred fifty-eight square feet in size and can accommodate up to four people. These large open rooms include one queen bed and private bath with shower and tub. All studios have one queen sofa bed and color television in the living area and a dining/kitchen area features dining table and chairs with place settings for four people, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, stove and oven, toaster and all cooking and eating utensils. Luxury studios have a whirlpool tub in the bath and video cassette recorder in the living area.

One bedroom suites are nine hundred ten square feet in size and can accommodate up to six people. A separate bedroom has one king bed, alarm clock, color television, reading chair and private bath with vanity area, shower and whirlpool tub. The living room contains one queen sofa bed, trundle bed, color television and video cassette recorder and adjoining full bath. A dining/kitchen area includes dining table and chairs with place settings for eight, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, stove and oven, toaster and all cooking and eating utensils.
